CENTRAL CONTROL PANEL (CUP 2011)

This panel is composed of personal computer with corresponding software with interface and speech unit with supply. Central panel (CP) and the printer also can be considered as the CUP elements.
CUP enables:
- calls manipulation
- video surveillance
- data processing
The PC monitor displays calls according to the priority and timing. Also, calls are presented on the central panel (CP). Calls are also distinguished with help of appropriate tones.

The urgent calls can be reset by the nurse in the originating room after the intervention. The common calls can be reset by the sister after speech communication with the patient, without physical intervention.

Video surveillance is an option in the BIS 2010 system.It enables an patient video image on the PC monitor (upper right corner), during the speech communication “patient-sister”. Using the mouse,sister can enlarge the image on the screen,and memorize it. Independently from the call, sister can choose any room at random, and get corresponding image to survey situation in this room.

Data processing involves:
+ The patient receiving
- opening of the patient file
- graphical distribution in the “empty” bed
- scheduling of the examination, checking etc.

- data preparing for the patient dismissal

- evidence of currently laying patients
- evidence of all cured patients in this unit

- graphical clearing of the dismissed patient bed

+ Call protocol

The speech conversation between the patient and the sister is established over the SPEECH UNIT which is part of the CUP. This unit has two volume push-buttons on the front side, connecting call push-button and an load-speaker, goose-neck microphone and connector on the rear side. Speech unit is supplied with corresponding supply unit.

THE ROOM TERMINAL (ST2011),(ST 2004A)

This terminal is mounted on the patient room wall, near the entrance and 1.5m above the floor. An mounting plastic box is also included. It is computerized, and communicate via two leads with the CUP.
All elements from the room are connected on the ST (SOS,PK,SSL,RS and TV camera).

- sister presence and call diverting
- sister call
- doctor call
- call resetting

THE ROOM TERMINAL (ST2002A)

This terminal is mounted with mounting plastic box DZ 2000 and can be used as room terminal for separated toilets/bathrooms, or as call-reset combination for the common utilities.

- call resetting

CENTRAL PANEL (CP 2000)

CP is mounted on the wall near the sister panel or placed on sister desk.It is equipped with touch displey, loadspeaker and function buttons.

- sister presence and call diverting

- doctor call
- Alarm
- Alarm resetting

CENTRAL PANEL (CP 2031)

CP is mounted on the wall near the sister panel or placed on sister desk.It is equipped with two columns of LED-s (red and green) that represent calling room,loadspeaker and call resetting push-button.

It enables following functions:
- Recognition of calls, and room from which the call was made
- Alarm
- Alarm resetting

PARALLEL PANEL (PP2010)

The PP 2010 is mounted on the doctor or sister room wall, or placed on sister or doctor desk.Sister or doctor calls are transferred to the parallel panel,or all calls from the CP. These calls can be quitted with parallel panel push-button,and can be reset finally with OK push-button on the calling room terminal (ST).

Options:

BED PANEL (KP2004A)

This bed panel is mounted in the hospital lighting, on the night table, in the wall or on the wall under the night table. It can be used for the musical programed selection and volume control. Listening is enabled by means of earphones or hearing tubes.

TERMINAL BOX WITH ELECTRONIC SWITCH (PT2001A)

This terminal box enables hand-set connection,parallel push-buttons for sister calling (paging),direct lightings,on/off switching,electronic set (EP) for the same function.It is mounted on the hospital lighting Al-channel or on the wall with appropriate mounting plastic box.

It enables following functions:
- hand-set connection
- on/off direct light switching
- sister calling

TERMINAL BOX (PT 2001A2)

It is mounted on the hospital lighting above the patient bed.It comprises hand-set connector (RS 2001), parallel sister call push-buttons and reading lighting on/off push-buttons.

- sister calling

TERMINAL BOX (PT 2002A)

This box is mounted in/on the wall above the night table near the patient bed. It is equipped with hand-set connector (RS 2002) and an parallel “sister call” push-button with indication. Terminal box uses an mounting plastic box DZ 2000 for fixing.

TERMINAL BOX (PT 2003A)

It is mounted on the hospital lighting,and contains an hand-set connector (RS 2001).

It enables following functions:
- hand-set (RS-2001) connection

TERMINAL BOX (PT 2004A)

The PT 2004 is mounted on/in the wall,and contains only an hand-set connector (RS 2002). This box uses an mounting plastic box (DZ 2000) for fixing.

TERMINAL BOX (PT 2005A)

This terminal box contains only PC connector. It is mounted in an mounting plastic box (DZ 2000) or in an 60mm diameter hole in the sister panel mask.

TERMINAL BOX (PT 2006A)

This box possesses only speech unit connector. This connector also transfers supply current for the GJ. It is mounted in the same manner as the PT 2005.

HAND SET(RS 2001)

Hand-set can be connected on the bed panel (KP) or PT 2001/PT 2003 terminals and can be used for sister paging and reading lamp control. The hand-set call is treated as an common call, but can be programmed as an urgent call. Using this set, patient communicates with sister and listening to the music.

- reading lamp control
- sister-patient communications
- music

HAND SET (RS 2002)

This set is connected to the KP 2001, PT 2002 or PT 2004. It can be used for sister paging, communication with sister, and music listening.

CAMERA WITH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (KPS 2000)

This set is used for all or specific rooms surveillance,included with the BIS 2010 system. It is connected to the room terminal via the switch unit incorporated in camera. The switch assembly is mounted on/in the wall by means off an mounting plastic box dim. 80 x 80 x 40 mm.
Choose of an camera is optional, depending on the image quality.

THE ROOM SIGNAL LAMP (SSL 2002)

The SSL is two coloured lamp mounted above the patient entrance door.
The meaning of the colours are following:
- blinking red - urgent call
- steady red - common call
- blinking green - sister or doctor call
- steady green - sister presence

- visual presentation

PULL (SOS) SWITCH (SOS 2000)

This is an pull switch mounted in the bathrooms/toilets approximately 2.1m above the floor. It uses an mounting plastic box (DZ 2000) for mounting.

EARPHONES AND HEARING TUBES

Listening to the musical programs is enabled with the hand-set (RS 2001 and RS 2002), but more sophisticated acceptance of this programs can be achieved with standard 3.5mm earphones or hearing tubes.

SUPPLY UNIT (NJ 2000)

This unit enables stabilized voltage (+12V) for all system elements. It is mounted in the sister panel or on the wall near the sister panel. There are two types of supply unit NJ 2000, one supplies 1.5A and the other supplies 3A of DC current. Choice of the supply unit depends on the number of room terminals in the system. The 1.5A type can supply max 10 room terminals, and the 3A type is capable of more rooms supplying. There is also an stand-by supply as an option in both cases.
