The device of NL2000 are used for analysis of the x-ray films.
As the radiologists spend a lot of time on devices for the film analysis, it is very important to have a good source of light. The IEC standards define the quality of panel illumination quality. These standards recommend that illumination in the centre should not be less than 2000 mcd/cm2, and that edge illumination (5cm inside) should not be less than 70% of central one.
These stringent IEC requirements are completely fulfilled in our x-ray film analyzing devices of the NL 2000 family.
The NL 2000 devices are with high quality of illumination, easy for use and nice designed. They uses the state-of-art technology in light technique, electronic controlled fluorescent lamps without balasts and starters. The use of this technique rises the light source quality in this family, that is, the light flickering is eliminated.

There are two types of devices from this series:
NL 2100 - devices for mounting on the wall or desk
NL 2200 - devices for mounting in the wall

Devices from the NL 2100 series are used in radiological cabinets, doctor offices and ambulances, while the NL 2200 devices are intended for use in the surgical theatres, intervention rooms and rooms of intensive care.
In this leaflet are given only standard types of x-ray film analyzing devices. All non-standard types (vertical, post mounted etc.) are available on request.

DEVICES FOR X-RAY FILM (NL 2100)

The devices of this type (NL2100) are mounted on the wall or desk in radiological cabinets, doctor offices and ambulances. The device is made with al profile. The base of device is a field dimensioned 36cmx43cm, and standard types are with one, two or three fields. All fields can be independently switch on/off, that enables screening. The same makes easier examination of films, saves electricity and prolongs the life of lamps.
Except of the basic light source, that illuminate the working surface, there is one additional source of high intensity with regulation possibility. This light source is equipped with distance bars that protects the film from overheating. It is often used for examination of hard negatives (high blackening) of infant images, in order to avoid repeating of x-ray exposition.
Technologically different, there are three types of complexity: classic type (10), type with electronic converters (20) and type with electronic converters and light dimming (30).
Devices of this series are connected to the mains voltage (220V/50Hz), through the mains cable, but can be equipped with an mains outlet on the rear side, also.
The housing of device is gray (RAL1013) or white (RAL9010) coloured or anodized (E0).

DEVICES FOR X-RAY FILM (NL 2200)

Devices from the NL 2200 series can be mounted in the wall (flush version), and are primarily intended for use in the surgical theatres, intervention halls and intensive care rooms.
The base of device is a field dimensioned 36cmx43cm ,and standard types are with one, two, three and six fields. All fields can be independently switch on/off, that enables screening. The same makes easier examination of films, saves electricity and prolongs the life of lamps.
Technologically different, there are three types of complexity: classic type (10), type with electronic converters (20) and type with electronic converters and light dimming (30).
The front panel of NL 2200 devices is made of stainless steel or polished aluminum, and mounting box is made of pickled sheet-metal.
The device is supplied with 220V/50Hz.
